RETURN POLICIES

We hope that you love all of your purchases from Palm and Pampas! However, we are a small business so please read the following steps on how to return your purchase if you're not fully satisfied. 

 ✧ Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

✧ Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. 

✧ Please email palmandpampas@gmail.com with the subject RETURN so that we can expect your return and can process your store credit (Please allow 5-7 days). 

✧ Please include your packing slip with all returns.

✧ Any items bought while on sale are NOT eligible for returns.

✧ Any items that are not in perfect condition will not be accepted. This includes original packaging/boxes, removed tags, deodorant stains, damaged clothing, etc.
